COVID 19 – An update on visiting the practice
Dear Patients,
Please do not visit the practice unless absolutely necessary. You may find information on our website that advises you to come into the practice. A lot of this information does not apply during the Coronavirus pandemic. If you are unsure about whether you need to come to the practice, please contact us online or by phone to check.
Important – Patients who are worried about possible cancer symptoms, must contact the practice for help.
For those who wish to register as a new patient we ask that you submit our online registration form or telephone the practice.
For repeat medication, you can use our online Repeat Medication Request triage.
If you have symptoms of coronavirus (a high temperature or a new, continuous cough), use the 111 coronavirus service.
If you need help or advice not related to coronavirus:
- for health information and advice, use the NHS website or your GP surgery website
- for urgent medical help, use the NHS 111 online service – only call 111 if you’re unable to get help online
- for life-threatening emergencies, call 999 for an ambulance
Read the full advice on protecting yourself if you’re at a higher risk from coronavirus on GOV.UK.
If you live with someone who has symptoms of coronavirus, you can get an isolation note, you do not need to get a note from a GP.
Only call 111 if you cannot get help online.
For further information go to nhs.uk/coronavirus or gov.uk/coronavirus. You can also visit our COVID-19 Support Room for wellbeing, parental and vulnerable patient advice.
Thank you for your continued patience and understanding at this time.
