We take suggestions and complaints seriously. If you wish to comment about the services we provide, make any suggestions, have constructive criticisms or have any compliments you wish to share with us, we will be delighted to hear from you.

Making a complaint

If you wish to make a formal complaint, please fill out our online form to the practice manager or ask to make an appointment to see her. All complaints are investigated fully and confidentially and will be responded to within 2 weeks of receiving the complaint.
